This 2021 bottling of the always popular 12 years old Spingbank cask strength has just hit our shores. Drawing 50% of the whisky from ex-bourbon American Oak casks and 50% from ex-sherry casks. Bottled at 55.4% ABV.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Charred pineapple, salted mango, peppery spice and dark chocolate.

Palate: Salted fudge, honey sweetness, ginger nut biscuits, tropical fruits and malty notes.

Finish: Sticky date pudding, orange cake, earthy smoke.
