  3. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, engraved pieces, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including the receipt or proof of purchase.
    3. Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds:

    1. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
    2. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
    3. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
